These are two services that can be utilized once clients have graduated from The Family Formation program or have attended at least four Father’s Rap sessions. Areas of focus include job readiness and retention skills, culminating in job placement. Participants are paired with trained mentors who provide support and guidance in finding employment as well as teaching family life skill.
