Tina Tribbitt

Tina Tribbitt, Social Service Coordinator at Fathers & Families Support Center, has worked in the Human Services/Social Services field since 2007. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and minored in Social Work.

Her experience as a Probation & Parole Officer for the Missouri Department of Corrections (7 years) and a Youth Specialist, then Supervisor (7 years) at St. Vincent Home for Children has allowed her to deal with many facets of human behavior and gain a better understanding of people. Having been trained in trauma informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (LS/CMI) and having facilitated therapeutic groups and Pathways to Change curriculum, Tina goes into situations with those that she serves from a place of trying to understand and providing the tools to develop a plan for advancement.

Serving at this agency helps her to fulfill her passion in assisting and seeing those the agency serves transform into the better men and women they want to be for their children, family, society, and most of all, for themselves.
