10th Pull For Fathers, $120K+ Raised!

Thank you for supporting Fathers & Families Support Center’s (FFSC) SOLD OUT 10th annual Pull For Fathers Sporting Clays Tournament at Strathalbyn Farms Club on Friday, August 22. Your support helped us raise over $120,000 to further the work of helping low-income fathers become positively and actively involved in their children’s lives.
It was a picture-perfect day for 56 shooters, thanks to the impeccable planning of committee members Chairman Rodney Bahr, Vice Chair Jim Blair, Todd Keske, and Weather Chair Steve Maritz.
The highlight of the day came from Aubrey Yates, a graduate of our Fatherhood program, who shared a powerful testimony. He spoke of how FFSC helped transform him into a more responsible parent for his children and helped Aubrey start a new career as class facilitator for FFSC’s East St. Louis, Illinois location to support his family!
Top prizes were awarded to First Place Team, Jim Blair, John Kang, Andy Spann and David Helms with an impressive score of 359! “A” Flight Shooters First Place was David Pollnow; Second Place was David Helms. “B” Flight Shooters First Place was Steve Balee (via tiebreaker); Second Place was Rodney Bahr. “C” Flight Shooters First Place was Michael Shoemaker; Second Place (via tiebreaker) was Brian Bouquet.
Ultimately, our outcomes benefit children. Celebrating 27 years of serving fathers and families,FFSC has helped transform nearly 22,000 fathers into more responsible parents for over 53,000 children in our community. In fact, because of your support, FFSC helped the State of Missouri collect over $5.9M in child support since 2019, helping thousands of families in St. Louis.
