Youth in Action: Building Entrepreneurial Skills at Tower Grove

Youth in Action & Building the Future! Teens from our Youth Leadership & Development Program (YLDP) at Fathers & Families Support Center rolled up their sleeves and showed out at Tower Grove! From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, these rising leaders volunteered at a local festival, helping market and sell Taste of Jacks Salsa—a delicious local product created by St. Louis native and entrepreneur Jordan Frank (which you can also find on shelves at Dierbergs and Schnucks!).

This hands-on opportunity tied right into our October focus on Health, Wellness, and Entrepreneurship! Our young leaders gained real-world experience in:
